Insider information: concept, signs, problems

In this article the author has carried out the detailed analysis of concept of insider information and its specific signs. Respectively, as a result of the conducted research the certain notion of essence of insider information, by the critical analysis of each of specific signs of insider information has been created. The author has defined corresponding shortcomings of definition of insider information which is given by the legislator, and also the formulation of concept of “insider information” has been offered.
